Career advice

Need help with getting on the right career path? Book an appointment and see Monica in person. She is able to listen to you, ask guiding questions, do career testing and give pertinent career advice. If you live outside of Adelaide or even Australia, you are also able to book a consultation over the phone. (But in person is best!) All ages are eligible for career advice bookings.

Winning resumes

A good resume is usually the golden ticket to an interview. Most people struggle to write their own high impact one. Monica will workshop collaboratively with you and take the pain out of resume writing. If your resume isn’t getting you interviews, it’s time to consider getting a professional one done as a career investment. (Average time for a resume requires 2 – 4 hours, including discussion time)

Cover letters and selection criteria

Many jobseekers overlook the importance of a good letter accompanying the resume. Often recruiters only get resumes sent, but no cover letters. Get a letter you are proud to send! Jobs that require selection criteria being addressed need skilful crafting. If writing applications does not come easy to you and you are struggling, Monica can help. (Times vary depending on application needs)

Interview coaching and confidence building

You may be a manager who has successfully interviewed hundreds of applicants yourself but still freeze when you are being interviewed. Interview nerves are normal but they should not overwhelm you and ruin your interview. Monica has coached hundreds of clients to employment success through interview technique training.

Job search planning and networking advice

You may have the right tools to approach employers and recruiters but where do you go now? It’s time to put a strategic plan into action. Monica can help you with your networks. She can even make calls for you and advocate on your behalf to employers and recruiters.

$140.00 for the first 90 minutes.
($99.00 for additional hours.)

PLEASE NOTE: Payment must be made on day of service.)

Avoid people who say they can do your resume for cheap.

If you pay $50.00 it will probably be a standard template copy and not personalised. Also avoid the big HR companies who charge over $200 per hour and still make you do the work! Don’t get scammed.
