Monica has been a careers advisor and facilitator for the past 14 years and loves her work!

Her vast professional experience includes:

• Providing career guidance to diverse clients from corporate executives to long-term unemployed clients
• Creating high-end application documentation including resumes, tender writing and government applications
• Planning, developing, implementing and evaluating career education and training programs for individuals and groups
• Providing career development training for employment service staff
• Working with mature-aged job seekers, young adults, migrants and clients with significant obstacles to finding employment

Monica has had over 30 employment professionals refer clients to her for specialised assistance. Her expertise is shared to the nation through the following media channels:
92.7 Fresh FM and ABC radio (regular contributor on Carole Whitelock’s show). She has had career development articles published in CareerOne (The Advertiser and on-line) and was the cover feature for the CareerOne lift-out (27 February 2010).
